One Account Rule: 99xo uses automated detection to identify duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are linked to the same identity, mobile number, device, or payment method, all accounts may be suspended pending investigation. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.

99xo accepts deposits in Pakistani rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. All accepted methods are listed on the Deposits page within your 99xo account.
The minimum deposit amount at 99xo is Rs 100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may apply their own limits independent of 99xo.
Deposits are credited to your 99xo account balance in PKR. No currency conversion is applied. The amount you send via your chosen payment method is the amount that appears in your account, subject to processing confirmation.
99xo does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for a deposit must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be reversed and the originating account may be suspended.
99xo does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges that are outside 99xo's control.
Withdrawals from your 99xo account are paid in PKR to a payment method registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification before processing.
99xo targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically complete within 2 to 6 hours. Card withdrawals are generally processed within 24 hours, though bank processing times are outside 99xo's control.
Before your first withdrawal, or when withdrawing via a new payment method, 99xo may require you to verify your identity. This is a one-time process and is not repeated for subsequent withdrawals once verification is complete. The verification check requires submission of a valid CNIC or Passport and, where applicable, proof of address.
If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, 99xo support will communicate the reason to you via your registered contact method. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or suspected account irregularities under investigation.
